Samsung to announce refreshed Exynos 5 Octa, will we see it in the Galaxy Note 3? Jul 19th 2013, 13:38, by Kevin Krause Samsung will announce an updated version of their Exynos 5 Octa platform next week, but what's the point? Without devices utilizing in-house silicon, isn't R&D money better spent elsewhere?
