Facebook Messenger update rolls out officially, acts very weirdly Nov 13th 2013, 13:00, by Kris Carlon The Facebook update to Messenger has now begun rolling out to everyone. The new update brings a sort-of-Holo design overhaul to the previously tired looking messaging app, ditching Facebook blue for Skype blue and replacing the dreary background color with bright white. The new Messenger also allows you to send SMS messages to people who aren't your Facebook friends, by using their telephone number – but this is where things get weird.
