Posted: 25 Feb 2012 11:52 AM PST Our friends over at BGR got their hands on some interesting art of the supposed next, super high-end Galaxy device from Samsung Mobile. Word is this beauty will feature a 4.8", possibly Super Amoled Plus HD display. Samsung is known for their awesomely big, bright & gorgeous screens and this one should not disappoint. We're still not sure when this will be announced, they made us aware it wouldn't be next week at Mobile World Congress so maybe it'll be May before we see it. Oddly enough, BGR is reporting the entire back of the device will be made of ceramic. I'm not sure what to think of this latest rumor, but it sure is an interesting one. Back to normality, I am sure it will include the latest and greatest quad core CPU with maybe 2GB of RAM.Pretty sweet looking photo right? No wasted bezel space is a welcomed surprise. If you have any thoughts, share them with us below. Source: BGR Follow AndroidGuys on Facebook and Twitter and download the free AndroidGuys app for your device! Save a bunch on your next Android. Posted: 25 Feb 2012 11:20 AM PST Despite a rather large monetary refresher from Sprint, Clearwire's financial woes haven't ended quite yet. Earlier this month, Google announced that it would be selling its 29.4 million shares in the mobile data company for $1.60 each, a total of $47 million. Letters were sent to both Sprint and Comcast (the two biggest shareholders of Clearwire) to aware them of the situation. The move really doesn't come as too much of a surprise, given the company's negative trend; Clearwire has continued to lose money over time due to their heavy investment in the quickly surpassed WiMax technology. Still this isn't a death knell by any stretch. With Sprint's large bailout of $1.6 billion earlier this year to do an upgrade to TD-LTE, Clearwire is entering into a major network overhaul, with 5,000 cellcites slated to be finished by the middle of next year. Assuming this transition succeeds, Clearwire has a chance to keep in the race. Time will be the judge of course, but more competition is definitely better for the end consumer. This writer is rooting for their success. What do you think? Will Clearwire last? Let us know in the comments! Posted: 25 Feb 2012 08:40 AM PST Google Music launched just a few months ago, and has since been widely adapted by users as a place to store, stream, and discover music. By all accounts, Google Music seemed to be doing very well, but that might not be the case according to CNET. Google has reportedly notified music labels that their Q4 2011 numbers for customer adoption and revenue were lower than expected, and that worries quite a few music executives. Of course, the service itself is less than four months old, so there isn't a mad dash to improve just yet. It's also worth noting that Google hasn't exactly marketed Music as much as they did with Google+, so it's not that surprising that the service hasn't fared as well as they would've liked. Sources are telling CNET that Google plans to put the full force of their marketing power behind Google Music, once it "implements its hardware strategy." Yes, we said hardware. Google is reportedly planning to launch a number of consumer devices to compete with Apple. Mum is the word on what types of devices we'll see, but our best guess would be a line of music players, with WiFi capabilities, that will sync seamlessly with Google Music. And of course, there's always the rumored Google tablet that we've been hearing about. In any case, a Google rep declined to comment on any of these claims, so only time will tell. More on this as it develops. So what do you think could be the cause of Google Music's low figures? Could it be due to Google's inability to sign a deal with Warner Music Group? Posted: 25 Feb 2012 08:00 AM PST I'm sure you can agree, Dropbox is one handy service to have. It's also quite popular with over 5 million downloads on the Android market. The free service that gives you a couple+ GeeBeez of storage "up in the cloud" with "anywhere access" to your most important data is now even better. We've covered some of this in our previous session regarding the recent Beta version, but they've fixed a few things and consider it stable enough for the masses. Now Dropbox can automatically upload new photos and videos taken, using either Wifi or your mobile data connection like 3G, 4G etc. What's New in this version:
