It’s been nearly 8 months since NVIDIA’s Tegra 4 processor has been released, and just now we’re seeing the first mobile device using the technology. ZTE’s U988S will reportedly have the Tegra 4 packed inside, and is rumored to cost approximately 1,999 yuan, or $326 USD. A really nice price, considering how great the specs are. The ZTE U988S will include a 5-inch 1080p full HD touchscreen, a 13 MP rear shooter, 2 GB RAM, Dolby sound, and will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
It’s going to be China Mobile-branded, so it most likely won’t make its way over to North America— it would probably do ZTE some good to make it available over here as well, though.
