If you’ve been holding of on purchasing the Motorola Moto X because the standard white and black options currently available from Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon simply don’t get you excited, we may have some good news for you. According to @evleaks, AT&T’s stranglehold on Moto Maker will expire next month, with Verizon jumping in on the Motorola Moto X customization game on November 11. We still don’t know when Sprint and T-Mobile devices will be able to be customized through Moto Maker or when those stunning wood back panel options will be made available.
The software experience on the Motorola Moto X is incredible, but without the external hardware customization option available, we find it hard to justify paying the $200 on-contract price for the handset. Are you still waiting for Moto Maker to open its doors to Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile before purchasing your Moto X?
Moto Maker for Moto X coming to Verizon on November 11th.
