New chatter surfacing this morning suggest Samsung is ready to put the rumored 12.2-inch Galaxy tablet into production later this year. The tablet has tossed about the rumor mill for the better part of last few months with word of a extra large Tab or Note experience on the horizon. Details are alleged to include a display resolution of 2560 x 1600; however, the rest of the specs are shrouded in mystery.
Given word an SM-P900 and SM-P905 model number gloating about, there’s a chance we could be looking at any number of scenarios: a Wi-Fi and 4G version, regional models, or something else. It’s possible that Samsung might employ the 12.2-inch display size for multiple models, including both a Tab and a Note.
