Nova Launcher 2.3 Beta is KitKat flavored Nov 12th 2013, 15:30, by Kris Carlon Nova Launcher isn't intimidated by the Google Experience Launcher's primary position in Android 4.4 KitKat. In fact, the Nova team has just released a beta version of the hugely popular launcher that has some KitKat features built in. If you don't want to wait for KitKat but don't want to flash a custom ROM, you can either enroll yourself in Nova's beta program, or you can just download and install the APK directly.
