Verizon has a new Share Everything plan for customers who need very little data each month. As the headline already tells you, customers get 500MB per month at $40 per month. Yes it’s a low amount of data and yes, it’s a lot of money per megabyte. For $10 more per month you’ll double the data; another $10 and it’s quadrupled. Nevertheless, it’s now the cheapest option for customers at Verizon.
AT&T recently rolled out a 300MB plan for only $20 per month, much more practical for the money. Perhaps this is why Verizon didn’t trumpet the arrival of the new rate plan. Really, who’s going to share 500MB among multiple devices?
Verizon
