Android 4.3 coming to Galaxy S3 and S4 in October Sep 4th 2013, 21:34, by David Martin It was never a question of “If”, but “when” the Galaxy S3 and S4 would be receiving Android 4.3.  It’s nice to see that with all the new “Gear” Samsung is unleashing in Berlin, they haven’t forgotten about those important tidbits that keeps its customers happy.   This new update will not only bring the devices closer to the latest Android version, KitKat, but will also add Galaxy Gear functionality to the S4.  Lets just hope the carriers bring those updates to us quickly (highly unlikely) so we can continue to enjoy the latest Android OS available.
