Android 4.3.1 silently rolls out to LTE Nexus 7 Oct 4th 2013, 07:57, by Kris Carlon Like a thief in the night, a new update to Android 4.3 has crept into LTE-equipped Nexus 7's. We haven't got it OTA yet but as soon as we do we'll post our own screenshots and break down any changes we see for you. The update brings stability and performance improvements as always, Google Keep appears and apparently some changes to the restricted user profiles settings.
