Google will be moving away from Asus for the next-generation of Nexus 7 tablet, says Digitimes source. After spending the last two years working together on the 7-inch tablet experience, Google may split from Asus and choose another vendor.
It’s unclear why Google might opt for a new partner but we’ll likely hear a number of reasons over the coming year. With the current model barely a few months old there is plenty of time to uncover the backstory.
