Android 4.3 update arriving for HTC One Developer Edition Sep 26th 2013, 16:30, by Aditya Thawardas We told you earlier this week this was going to happen, but now the HTC One Developer Edition is currently receiving Android 4.3. Android Central has received the 564.04MB update on their unlocked Developer Edition. Software version 3.22.1540.1 brings all of the enhancements of Android 4.3, adding improvements to HTC’s Sense 5 customization.You can download OTA through your settings menu. U.S. Carrier models are still waiting on approval from each of their carriers, so don’t expect anything until at least October if you own a carrier based HTC One.
