HTC on Tuesday announced the HTC Desire 601, the HTC Desire 300, but also a new color option for the HTC One and a new accessory for the HTC One handsets.
The blue version of the HTC One has finally been made official as Vivid Blue. The new HTC One option will start shipping "in select markets" starting with the fourth quarter of the year, although it's not clear what carriers will get it.
In the U.S., both Verizon and Sprint have been rumored to launch a blue HTC One model later this year.
As for the BoomBass, the device is a new accessory for the HTC One family of handsets.
According to the company, the device is "a compact, Bluetooth-enabled subwoofer with a dedicated amplifier," that will offer "clearer, more powerful bass" when paired with the BoomSound capabilities of the HTC One handset versions.
While pricing details for the BoomBass are not available at this time, the accessory will start shipping in mid-October, when it will be up on HTC's Accessory Store.
We'll have more details about HTC's products from IFA 2013 in the following days, as Android Authority will cover the event on location, in Berlin, Germany.
