There are plenty of apps that give users workout regimens, include instructional videos, and more. But there aren’t many that keep you on track, on a schedule, and make sure that you’re doing everything you can to stay in shape.

Runtastic added a new app recently called ‘Six Pack Abs Workout,’ which is now available in the Play Store.

It’s a very useful application with an excellent user interface, complete with 50+ HD instructional ab workout videos. Workout regimens are intense, customized, and perfect for whatever you’re trying to accomplish.

The app has lifelike avatar “trainers” (both male and female) that will guide you to your goal— six pack abs, of course!

If you think it’ll be too difficult for you, you can adjust the difficulty, with three levels of sports science training. Over the 10-week plan, you’ll go through pre-defined workouts, including the 7-Minute Workout, Insanity, Shape Up, Six Pack Junkie and more.

You can also create customized workouts tailored to your target areas, weight loss goals and daily schedule. “Tip of the Day” messages will come up each time you enter the app, which provide important advice.

The key of the app is that absolutely no gym equipment is required. That means you won’t have to head to the gym to get all of this done. It can be done all in your living room!

The app also lets you track your sixpack training sessions and your overall progress with detailed graphs. You’ll also be able to integrate your data with your MyFitnessPal account so you can consolidate all of your info. There’s also a social media aspect, as you can share your accomplishments to Facebook and Twitter.

It’s a great looking app, and for a personal trainer in your pocket for free, how could you not try it out? Download link below.
