According to FOSSPatents, a German court is set to rule in favor of Apple who alleges that 7 Samsung devices unlawfully imitate the iPhone and iPod. This is the same German court that banned the Galaxy Tab 10.1 almost 2 years ago.

Barnes & Noble will no longer make Nook tablets, turns to 3rd party OEM to keep the brand alive

During their earnings report, Barnes & Noble has announced today that they will be giving up on manufacturing their Android-based Nook tablets, turning instead a 3rd party OEM to build future tabs.

Pick something -- anything -- and someone has probably tried to put Android on it. I do want to highlight this $2,000 exercise bike by Peloton, though -- mainly because it has a freakin' huge 21.5 Android tablet attached to it.
