HTC One mini 1

The HTC One Mini has been a mysterious little device, only showing up briefly the in the odd benchmark and rumor these past few months. But despite all the evidence of the handset’s existence, HTC still hasn't officially confirmed when, or even if, the 4.3 inch handset will be hitting the market.

Well, the One Mini has cropped up yet again, this time in TENAA's certification database in China, under the model name 601e. Interestingly, this naming pattern puts the HTC One Mini in the same tier as the slightly larger 600 series handsets, the Desire 606w, 608t, and 609d, which are all heading to the Chinese market.

This newest listing also states that the 601e model comes with a WCDMA radio and just a single-SIM slot, but we'll have to see what's in store for regions outside of China. On top of that, we're pretty sure that the HTC One Mini will come with a 720p display, 16GB of internal storage, a 4 ultrapixel camera, 1GB of RAM, and a Snapdragon 400. Not forgetting Android 4.2.2 and Sense 5 software as well.

Fortunately, this listing means that the One Mini could be every so close to an official release. Hopefully we'll finally officially know everything about the handset very soon, possibly within the next two weeks.
