Every once in a while I like to swing by the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office (USPTO) to see what sort of hints I can stumble over. Are there any new, fun Android products on the horizon?

While not always proof positive of future devices or product names, it’s often a good place to learn something. Samsung, for its part, has always been big on scooping up trademarks on Galaxy names.

It’s possible that some of these may never make it out in an official capacity; perhaps it’s not too unlike domain squatting. In all likelihood, these could be the names of services and/or low-end and mid-range models, some of which end up at non-contract carriers.

For the sake of keeping the list short(er), I’m only listing the stuff that from the last 90 days or so. With that in mind, do you see anything here that sounds like your next phone? Also, have you seen any of these confirmed or further detailed elsewhere?

  • Galaxy Solaria (May 24)
  • Galaxy Orbit (May 24)
  • Galaxy Celeste (May 24)
  • Galaxy Cosmic (May 24)
  • Galaxy Starbright (May 24)
  • Galaxy Orion (May 24)
  • Galaxy Rover (May 24)
  • Galaxy Scorpio (May 24)
  • Galaxy Voyager (May 24)
  • Galaxy Sky (May 24)
  • Galaxy Luna (May 6)
  • Galaxy Eclipse (May 6)
