A pre-release Android 4.3 version for the HTC One is already available as a custom ROM, with the full Android 4.3 build expected to be released in the coming weeks.
Well known developer LlabTooFeR has posted the ROM on xda-developers – the Maximus HD 12.0.0 ROM, which is based on firmware version 3.09.401.1. – and according to Android Central he will release the "untouched firmware" on August 28, at 10 AM GMT.
A few days ago, HTC confirmed that the U.S. and Canadian HTC One versions and the HTC Droid DNA will be moved directly to Android 4.3 by the end of September, so we're not surprised to see the software get leaked considering that it should be released in the coming weeks.
