Parrot announces AR.Drone 2.0 Power Edition Aug 15th 2013, 17:17, by Scott Webster Parrot announced on Thursday that a new, longer flying version of its popular AR.Drone 2.0 is now available. Called the “AR.Drone 2.0 Power Edition”, it features not one, but two higher capacity batteries which provide a total flying time of 36 minutes. In addition to flying longer, this guy also comes with three interchangeable colors for propellers: blazing red, fiery orange and cool blue. What’s included in the box? 1 Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 1 piano black indoor hull 1 piano black outdoor hull 2 High Density batteries 4 sets of propellers (blue, orange, red and black) 1 "circlip remover" (to change propellers) We’ve been testing the standard model of the AR.Drone 2.0 with our NVIDIA Shield and really love the thing. Aside from the limited 12-15 minutes of flying time, we’re head over heels with the way it works with Android and iOS devices.
