HTC announced on Thursday that the flagship HTC One will soon be offered in an exclusive red color at Sprint. How soon? Try tomorrow, August 16. The smartphone will be priced the same as the silver and black models ($199 with two-year agreement) and feature the same hardware and software.

For a limited time, Sprint will also offer the HTC One (and color combo) in a buy-one-get-one-free deal. The promotion runs from August 16-August 30 – or while supplies last.

Also, Sprint is the first U.S. carrier to offer support for NextRadio, an FM application for Android smartphones. The HTC One and HTC Evo 4G LTE are the first, and only models equipped to install the app – at least in an official capacity.
