Just last month, we heard that HP is working on a tablet that will feature the new Tegra 4 processor and will be known as the HP Slate 8 Pro. Today, HP and NVIDIA decided  to partner up and announced the Slate 8 Pro along with another tablet – HP Slate 7 Extreme. Both tablets have two things in common – They both are running on NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor and are boosted by our favorite operating system, Android.

Slate 7 Extreme features a 7-inch display that has a resolution of 1280×800. Also it has bass-reflex port speaker powered by NVIDIA’s PureAudio tech, along with a stylus – which is powered by NVIDIA’s DirectStylus technology. On the other hand, Slate 8 Pro features an 8-inch 1600×1200 display with a 4:3 aspect ratio, an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 2-megapixel camera on the front for video chatting. It features a microSD card slot, and also has micro-HDMI and micro-USB port.

Both of them will be available in market this holiday season. So, are you planning to grab one? Tell us about it in the comment box below.
