Oct 23rd 2013, 00:44, by Juan Carlos Torres

Organ Trail: Director’s Cut is coming to the Humble Bundle, just in time for Halloween. This indie-made parody of video game Oregon Trail places you in a pixelized world, fighting for survival against the latest trendy apocalyptic menace to plague our pop culture: zombies. Anomaly Korea is tower defense game with a change in perspective, putting the player in charge of plotting out the invasion against the defenses of an alien-riddled Korea. And finally, Broken Sword: Director’s Cut returns once more to the bundle, bringing the classic point-and-click adventure to Android players everywhere.

The latest update also brings in something new to the original set, adding the Europe DLC of Ticket to Ride into the fray when you pay more than the average. Previously, only the USA 1910 DLC was available for no extra cost. Of course, you’ll still be getting a handful of indie games such as Greed Corp, Incredipede, and Anodyne, as well as Bard’s Tale and Worms Reloaded for PC and Worms 2: Armageddon for Android. That’s quite a bargain for a “pay what you want” deal.

There’s still 6 days to go and the average has dipped slightly lower at $6.21 compared to last week. Those who have already paid more than the average will automatically get the new games and music. Humble Bundle is also adding Dwolla for those who prefer a more flexible payment option.

Motorola trademarks "Moto G", but for what?
Oct 22nd 2013, 23:34, by Nate Swanner

The Moto X has proved to be a device that could turn Motorola around. With the hype surrounding it, and the stellar reviews, it's really been one of the best smartphones of 2013. With Motorola having filed for a new trademark recently, we're left to wonder if they're planning a refresh for the device, or something else entirely.

Moto G

Phandroid has discovered that Google's new hardware division has filed a trademark for the "Moto G" name. What isn't know is just what the device is — or if it's a device at all. Right now, it's a name, and little more to us.

We think it's safe to say it will be a device, as there would be no reason to name a case for one phone. In other respects, Motorola has gone out of their way to partner with a third party for earbuds and a bluetooth speaker, so that's probably out. What isn't out is a tablet, which many still expect to see from Motorola soon.

There is also the rumored DVX device, which could see the "G" branding. Whatever it is, we'll just have to be patient. Whether it be a tablet, smartphone, or something else (smartwatch?), we'll be excited to see what Motorola has up their sleeve.
