If you're looking for a great deal on a high-end Android device and don't mind signing a contract with a carrier, Amazon has you covered. The e-tailer has now slashed down the prices on two flagship handsets – the LG G2 and the Moto X. Let's start by looking at the LG G2.

Amazon is offering up the G2 for $99 if you're a new Verizon subscriber, or $119 for existing customers looking for an upgrade. For those on AT&T, you can also get a small discount on the LG G2 at $149 with contract.

As a refresher, the LG G2 is powered by a 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 GPU and includes 2GB of RAM. Other specs include a 13MP rear cam with OIS, a 2.1MP front cam, 32GB storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 5.2-inch 1920 x 180 IPS LCD display and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

For those that are more interested in what Motorola brings to the table with the Moto X, Amazon has now followed Best Buy's lead by dropping Motorola's flagship down to $99. The Moto X price cut applies to both the AT&T and Verizon version, for existing and new customers.

While the Moto X might not be as powerful as the LG G2, it makes up for the modest specs by offering unique special features like Touchless Control and Active Display Technology.

So how about it – anyone planning on picking up the LG G2 via Amazon? Or perhaps the Moto X is more your cup of tea?
