So, why get this over a $35 Chromecast device? The Google TV is more expandable and it has access to the Google Play Store. It’s much less limited than Chromecast, and if we’re honest, Chromecast still has a few quirks to get worked out. While Chromecast is easily worth the $35, Google TV, at the time of this writing, might be a better experience, depending on who you are.
