AT&T's HTC One Android 4.3 ROM Leaked Sep 12th 2013, 10:59, by Edwin Kee More or less everyone knows that the HTC One is well on its way to receive the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, but the big question among owners of the smartphone would be, “When?”. Well, at the end of last month, it was reported that a leaked build from HTC’s version of Android 4.3 (build 3.09.401.1) was spotted to work on the international model of the HTC One. In the vein of the proverb, the early bird getting the worm, ROM developers made a quick swipe at that particular ROM before turning it into a flashable ZIP file for those who have already rooted their devices. This time around, it seems that a new Android 4.3 ROM (build 3.10.502.2) has been made available for the HTC One.
