No-contract carrier Virgin Mobile — a subsidiary of Sprint — has announced the availability of two new Android devices. One is the ZTE Awe, an ultra-affordable smartphone that comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

You can snap that up for $99, and that will give you a device with a 4-inch 480 x 800 display, a 5 megapixel rear camera, a 1 megapixel front camera, a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and more.

Android thankfully looks mostly untouched, though you can expect Virgin Mobile’s collection of pre-installed apps and widgets to come along for the ride. That doesn’t really seem “awe”-worthy on paper, but when you factor in the price tag (and flexible financing options) it wouldn’t be a terrible idea for someone who is new to smartphones.

Virgin Mobile has also announced the Supreme, an Android 4.1.2 smartphone that is a good deal more expensive. It’ll cost you $300 to walk away with one, and those three “Benjamins” will net you a phone that’s a little more on the “high-end” side (well, when it’s compared to Virgin Mobile’s typical lineup, anyway).

The Supreme comes with a 5-inch 720p display, a 13 megapixel camera, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Bluetooth 4.0 and more. We’re not sure how much storage to expect, though Virgin Mobile did mention that you can expand storage by up to 64GB through the Supreme’s microSD card slot.

Both of these smartphones are available today at Virgin Mobile’s website, so give them a good look here (Awe) and here (Supreme).
