If you've been boasting to your friends about your Samsung Galaxy S4's octa-core chip, you might not know that it doesn't really have one. Sure, it has eight cores, but only four of them work at any one time. The same goes for the new Galaxy Note 3, released just last week. However, before you fall into the depths of despair, Samsung has just announced a software upgrade that will enable all eight cores to function simultaneously. This is big news.
