Canadian HTC One getting its Android 4.3 update Sep 30th 2013, 15:33, by Phil Nickinson   Some good news for our neighbors to the north — the Canadian versions of the HTC One appear to be getting their updates to Android 4.3 today, with word of updates hitting Rogers and Telus thus far. That makes the "end of September" deadline HTC was shooting for, but those of us in the U.S. still have to wait a bit.
