Bullet time: 130 HTC One phones used to make the ultimate photobooth
Oct 21st 2013, 14:18, by Bogdan Petrovan

Qualcomm has just kicked off an interesting campaign to promote its Snapdragon processors. The chip making giant set up a Snapdragon Booth, which is essentially a bullet time rig powered by 130 HTC Ones. At the heart of each HTC One, is, you guessed it, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor.

The 130 phones are arranged on a spiral rig that makes it possible to take shots in a 540-degree arc. Qualcomm didn't specify how it set the HTC Ones to shoot in a synchronized fashion, though we imagine it was no easy task. The result speaks for itself.

If you want to try out the contraption for yourself, Qualcomm tallies votes to determine the city where it will set up the Snapdragon Booth next year. Vote for your city until January 31, 2014.
