We’re a fan of innovative home screen replacements. Aviate is nothing like we’ve ever seen before – a replacement home screen launcher that builds “Spaces” that change depending on what you need, when you need it. It’s goal is to make your phone easier to use by simplifying things. For example, it can show news and weather information and shortcuts when you wake up, changes to travel-friendly apps and check-in shortcuts in the afternoon, and then entertainment options in the evening, if that’s what you’re into.
The launcher will learn about you as you go, and suggest new apps based on popularity and the user’s preferences. Plus, the beautiful app is card-based and fits in will with the design of Google Now. Being in beta, Aviate is currently only available to alpha testers, each who have five invites to give away.
