15 bright and colorful wallpapers for your Android device Posted: 15 Feb 2013 11:44 AM PST Looking to change up your Android home screen?  It doesn’t get much easier than swapping out the wallpaper  and it’s one of the quickest ways to breath new life into the desktop experience. We recently began curating a collection of wallpapers for you, dear reader, and are only too happy to share! We’ll be adding to the collection on a regular basis and will occasionally highlight a theme or specific artist’s work we really appreciate. Factory Android 4.2.2 images now available for Nexus devices Posted: 15 Feb 2013 06:48 AM PST Been dying for that update to Android 4.2.2? Over at Google Developers, they’ve released the factory images for: Nexus 4 Nexus 7 (Wfi and 3G) Nexus 10 GSM Galaxy Nexus (yakju and takju only) The images, as always, flash everything back to stock, vanilla Android, so be aware of that fact. This will wipe your phone to stock. The latest, as you can tell from the headline, is that a render of the black version of the smartphone is now online. Skyfire, headquartered in Mountain View, California, is known for its Rocket Optimizer™ software. This allows mobile operators to leverage cloud computing to optimize virtually any video and other multimedia on crowded cell towers, including 3G and 4G LTE networks.
