Scheduled to launch in South Korea next week, the LG G Flex has appeared in a new promo video, while accessories for the handset have also been detailed.
The short video above shows a promo for the handset, but unfortunately it's not in English – not that you really need to understand the text considering we already know the specs of the handset and its main feature: a flexible display.
What's clear is that the phone is going to be launched in the following days by South Korea's three main wireless operators, including SK Telecom, KT and LG U+.
On the LG's microsite for the G Flex, an image showing three accessories for the handset has been posted, revealing two case designs for the device including a QuickWindow case and a Vest Case, but also storage expansion USB OTG stick that can offer users an additional 16GB of storage.
Finally, a G Flex retailer from South Korea seems to confirm that the phone is rather flexible – at least that's what the image below (posted on the retailer’s website) suggests. We've also seen the phone’s flexibility demoed in a recent The Verge hands-on G Flex video highlighting the LG G Flex’s flexible display (the video is also embedded below).
In case you want to buy the device, you should know that the phone has only been confirmed to launch in South Korea and France so far, so you'll have to wait a while for it to arrive to your country.
Interestingly though, it appears that the LG G Flex is already getting more attention than Samsung's Galaxy Round, also a brand new flexible display handset. Are you looking forward to buying smartphones with flexible displays?
