The Moto X launched on AT&T today, even though the MotoMaker can’t be used online just yet, but Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint don’t have the device available yet, which raises an important question: when will they have it available?

Well, according to Motorola’s Punit Soni, it shouldn’t be very long from now. In fact, it could be as early as next week. In his Google+ post, he mentioned that “other carrier versions rolling out in days.”

In other words, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint users shouldn’t have to wait too much longer, though it isn’t likely that the MotoMaker will be available for them. There’s no telling how long AT&T has the exclusivity on that one. Let’s hope it won’t be too long, though. After all, the MotoMaker is one of the key selling features of the Moto X. Without it, you have a black or white mid-range device that isn’t unique to your personality, and thus, doesn’t mean much to you.

Launch dates aside, Soni also mentioned in his Google+ post that dev editions of the Moto X will also be available in just a few days. For those that are willing to shell out the full retail price of the Moto X (possibly more), you’ll have an option of getting an unlocked version. As you can imagine, this is pretty great news for developers, as well.

Be sure to stay tuned with Android Authority, as we’ll be throwing out a shout out when the Moto X is available on the rest of the big four, as well as the developer edition.
